2025 has been a milestone year for our Dallas team as we strengthened our long-standing partnership with Dallas ISD and delivered several new schools to the community.

NEW PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION (Q4 2025)

William B. Miller Elementary School – $3.58M renovation modernizing gym and administrative spaces, adding a new security vestibule, upgrading corridor flooring, and refreshing the campus exterior to deliver a safer, more welcoming environment.

Anne Frank Elementary School – $7.51M renovation upgrading safety and security systems, replacing major mechanical and roofing components, modernizing lighting and finishes, and enhancing athletic and outdoor spaces for a safer, more efficient campus.

J.L. Long Middle School – $5.22M renovation including upgraded entry and gym spaces, new security and lighting systems, modernized HVAC, roofing, and drainage improvements, and refreshed finishes to enhance comfort, safety, and functionality.

W.E. Greiner Arts Academy – $9.82M renovation delivering site improvements, life safety upgrades, and refreshed interior finishes to support a safe, modern, and inspiring learning environment.

Career Institute West – $65.64M new construction of a 146,000 sq ft, two-story Career Technical Education campus with specialized labs in healthcare, building trades, HVAC, automotive mechanics, aviation, and more—equipping students with hands-on training in high-demand fields.

RECENTLY COMPLETED & OPENED
David G. Burnet Elementary School – Comprehensive campus renovations in Dallas ISD, enhancing safety, accessibility, and learning spaces for the next generation.
Urban Park Elementary School – A modern two-story campus built alongside the active school, delivering state-of-the-art learning environments, new play areas, and improved site amenities for Dallas ISD students.
Martha Turner Reilly Elementary School – A new 66,000+ sq ft campus with modern classrooms, storm shelter gymnasium, and full site redevelopment, ensuring Dallas ISD students benefit from a safe, innovative learning environment.

Beyond project work, the Dallas office successfully transitioned to CMiC project management software and completed a full Main Office Renovation, giving the team a fresh space to collaborate and grow.

As we head into the holiday season, Ratcliff Constructors is energized by a strong backlog of projects, an expanding partnership with Dallas ISD, and ongoing pursuit of new opportunities across the region. The team is well-positioned to start 2026 with momentum and confidence.
