As we close out Q1 2026, Ratcliff Development has continued to build momentum through strategic investments, infrastructure progress, and an expanding development pipeline.
In Baton Rouge, the 61 North Development moved closer to reality during the quarter, marking a key step forward in the company’s long-term investment strategy. At the same time, infrastructure work at Magnolia Ridge Logistics Park advanced toward completion, setting the stage for anticipated vertical development beginning later this year.
During Q1, Ratcliff Development also advanced planning and preconstruction efforts for two industrial projects in partnership with Maplewood Industrial Services, both scheduled to break ground in Q2:
- A 46,000 SF industrial facility in Baytown, Texas
- A 100,000 SF industrial building in Sulphur, Louisiana
These projects reflect continued confidence in the industrial market and Ratcliff’s disciplined approach to growth across key regions.
Adding to the quarter’s progress, Joe Toma, CCIM, Senior Project Manager, was named Treasurer for the 2026 Louisiana CCIM Chapter, further strengthening Ratcliff Development’s leadership presence within the commercial real estate and development community.
Overall, Q1 reflects steady progress, a growing pipeline, and continued positioning for long-term success.
