In the K–12 market, North DeSoto Campus Additions and Logansport High School progressed through active phases of work, while McKinley CMAR transitioned from preconstruction into early execution, with its construction duration now underway. These projects continue to reflect strong performance in phased campus work and occupied-site coordination.Civic and institutional work remained a priority throughout Q1, with the New DeSoto Parish Detention Center advancing through structured construction phases and Heritage Manor Mandeville – NH Building progressing toward its 2026 completion target. In higher education, the SUNO Nursing and Allied Health Building continued moving through early construction milestones, reinforcing Ratcliff’s presence in complex academic facilities.

Industrial work also continued to build momentum, with the 61 North Logistics Center Build Out progressing and both Lube Tech and Pine Prairie Salyport entering early-stage execution with established leadership teams and coordinated startup efforts.

On the pursuit and preconstruction front, the team advanced several key opportunities during the quarter. Recently awarded and negotiated work includes the Ascentek 270,000 SF Tilt-Up Warehouse in Shreveport ($32 million) and the Maplewood Hwy 90 Warehouse in Sulphur, a $12.8 million design-build project. In Alexandria, Ratcliff also pursued the LSUA Downtown Health Service Center, a $35 million public bid that is currently out for rebid, reflecting continued engagement in the education and institutional sectors.
