As we close out Q1 2026, Ratcliff Constructors has advanced a strong portfolio of education, municipal, and community projects across multiple regions. With crews deployed across Texas and Louisiana, the division maintained steady execution throughout the quarter while continuing to position new work for upcoming mobilization.
Across the K–12 sector, projects including DISD Career Institute, Urban Park Elementary, Hester Elementary, Thomas Rusk Middle School, William B. Miller Elementary, Anne Frank Elementary, JL Long Middle School, and Greiner Elementary made consistent progress through active construction phases. Field teams remained focused on schedule discipline, coordination, and quality control as these campuses moved toward key milestones.
At Career Institute West, work continued advancing toward completion during the quarter, while planning and early execution efforts progressed for the Gabe Nesbitt Softball Expansion & Park Improvements project. This $16.9 million community investment is now moving into its next phase, further strengthening the division’s presence in municipal and athletic facility work.
Superintendent deployment remained strong throughout Q1, with project managers, assistant project managers, and field leadership aligned to support execution across all active jobsites. Resource coordination and proactive planning continued to be a priority as multiple projects advanced through critical stages.
Overall, Q1 reflects a healthy backlog, disciplined field performance, and sustained momentum for Ratcliff Constructors—reinforcing the team’s commitment to safety, quality, and dependable delivery across every project.
