This project consisted of renovation of the property to provide usable warehouse space for The University of North Texas Libraries. Modifications included site work to improve the existing parking lot, roof, exterior shell and mechanical system as required to provide environmental feasible for storage of various library collections. Renovation of a small office space, restrooms to accommodate warehouse space, modifications to shell out office spaces at west end of facility for future use.
