DISD Sarah Zumwalt Elementary School Renovation

This project consists of a two story 98,173 SF building renovation which includes replacing the existing steam heating system to a hydronic heating system including hydronic heating coils retro-fitted into existing air handler units. Replacing of the acoustical ceilings, VCT flooring, refurbishing of all classroom cabinetry, and a reconstruction of the existing main entrance vestibule. The exterior renovation of this project will include removing and replacing several areas of the existing roofing system and insulation.
