The project consists of a three story 175,741 SF building renovation which includes upgrading the existing heating and cooling system. Replacement of the acoustical ceilings, VCT flooring, cabinetry, various interior finishes, PA System, life safety, and selective electrical & plumbing work. The exterior renovation of this project will include removing and replacing several areas of the existing roofing system & insulation, windows, and minor grading and concrete work.
