This project is 98,000 sf., 2 stories new elementary school for Dallas Independent School District. It has a 64,000 sf. foot print with full crawl space under it and the first floor slab is comprised of hollow core planks with structural steel for the 2nd floor and roof. The exterior is a combination of brick, metal panels and curtain wall with a modified bitumen roof over lightweight insulating concrete. The Interior finishes included, VCT, terrazzo, carpet, thin brick on the walls, paint, ceramic tile and ceilings.
