Project consisted of demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new high/middle school of approximately 58,000 sq. ft. The work included full demo and various components for the new building including: steel frame, metal stud walls, brick veneer, cement fiber lap siding, modified bituminous roofing, site work, off site and onsite utilities, parking lot and landscaping, gyp board partitions, new stairs, full new MEP, a warming kitchen and gym equipment. The project also included minor renovation of 2 existing buildings on the same campus.
