DFW Airport North Distribution Center is a new 401,000 SF shell building structure in Flower Mound, TX. This 40 foot tall concrete tilt-wall warehouse will accommodate 112 sectional overhead doors. Site improvements include extensive earthwork and soils preparation, site utilities and over 453,000 SF of concrete paving.
