Boot Barn at Rayzor Ranch Marketplace

The project is located on the Rayzor Ranch Market Place Complex in Denton, TX.  It’s comprised of 14,000 SF of new slab on grade positioned between existing buildings.  This 1-story concrete tilt-wall building includes 22 piers, 9 exterior wall panels, structural steel, steel joists and roof decking.  Exterior elevations will be comprised of stone, cast stone and aluminum storefronts with tinted insulated glass.  This building will have a large open sales area, a workroom, breakroom, 1 office and a men’s/women’s restroom.  Decorative interior finishes include vinyl tile, carpet, ceramic tile, sealed concrete and high-end track lighting.  The site finishes will be comprised of on (1) new dumpster enclosure, stained colored concrete sidewalks and new irrigation.
