The exterior envelope is brick with cast stone and architectural precast facade including architectural curtainwall and storefront framing systems for the glass entrances and windows. There are four pop up clerestories with plaster and storefront window finishes and standing seam metal roofs. The interior side of the envelope cavity wall is made of metal stud framing with sheathing, weather barrier and spray foam insulation. The roof consists of standing seam metal and modified bitumen ply on rigid board insulation. The facility has a Geo-thermal HVAC system for cooling and heating. The site improvements include a playground, separate bus and parent/visitor loop driveways/fire lanes, sidewalks and landscaping. The building has a full-service kitchen and cafetorium, library/media center, administration suite, clinic, gymnasium and three separate classroom wings.
