Balch Springs Middle School

This project consists of a new 199,246 middle school on an undeveloped 15.9 acre site. Balch Springs Middle School is scheduled to open August 2012, will accommodate 1,250 students in grades 6th thru 8th. The three-story building is part of the 2008 Dallas Independent School District Bond Program. It will be an environmentally sustainable school with 600 Geo-thermal wells for cost effective heating and cooling, a water management system and an irrigation plan.
