Century City Expansion for Vernon College

This project is a renovation to approximately 76,000 SF of existing space for the Vernon College at Century City. Interior renovation includes structural and architectural demolition and re-building for final finish out of administrative areas, library, offices, a book store and science labs. Remodel also includes adding a 2nd floor inside the existing building with computer room finish outs. Also, adding parking lot islands, sidewalks and ramps around the site. Final site scope includes trees, sod, parking lot striping and signage.
