Ratcliff Construction Begins Work for an “Eclectic” Customer

Eclectic Products, Inc., a subsidiary of Willamette Valley Company, has selected Ratcliff Construction Company, LLC as the Design/Build contractor for their new adhesives production facility and warehouse in Rapides Parish, Louisiana.  The project is a 25,000 sf building that will house offices, storage, adhesive production areas and a covered tank farm.  Ratcliff engaged Ballard CLC, Inc. of Alexandria for architectural and engineering services for this project.

Eclectic Products, Inc. is an extremely safety conscious company and has asked Ratcliff Construction for some special design considerations for their new building.  Ratcliff is very familiar with blast criteria design and construction, currently having projects on several federal properties where blast design is a common item.  This project began in December and plans are to complete the project by July 2013.  Design/Build is just one of many project delivery systems that are available from the Ratcliff Companies.
